FREE Parking can be found on all of the surrounding streets - especially on 4th Street and Garfield (one hour parking signs from 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri). 

Free Parking is also available next door to the north after 5 PM and on weekends at our friendly neighbors lot, Actor's Theatre.

NOTE: 4th Street south of Roosevelt is ONE WAY heading north (and turns into 3rd Street at Roosevelt.)  Bliss/reBAR is marked with signs and flags.

From Highway 51

Take 51 south to I-10 West. Head west on I-10. Exit 3rd Street exit (left hand freeway exit).Turn left on 3rd Street heading south to Roosevelt.Continue south one street past Roosevelt (3rd street becomes one way south), turn left heading east on Garfield.Head one block to corner of 4th Street and Garfield.

From I-17

Head south on I-17 to I-10 East. Head east until 7th street exit.Exit 7th street heading south on 7th Street to Roosevelt.Continue on 7th street one block past Roosevelt to Garfield. Turn right heading west.Continue to corner of 4th street and Garfield.From the SouthTravel north on 7th Street to Fillmore.  Continue on 7th Street north three streets to Garfield (one block south of Roosevelt).Turn left (heading west) to the corner of 4th Street and Garfield.

From the East

Take the 60 or 202 to I-10 West. Head west on I-10 to 3rd Street exit (left hand freeway exit).Turn left on 3rd Street heading south to Roosevelt.Continue south one street past Roosevelt (3rd street becomes one way south), turn left heading east on Garfield.Head one block to corner of 4th Street and Garfield.

From the West

Travel any major east-west street to Central Avenue. Take Central (north or south) to Roosevelt.Head east on Roosevelt to 3rd Street. Turn right heading south on 3rd Street (3rd street is one way south at this point). Go one block to Garfield and turn left heading east on Garfield.Head one block to corner of 4th Street and Garfield.

From Light Rail

Travel Metro Light Rail either from PHX Montbello or Tempe/Mesa to the Roosevelt and Central Ave. Station. Then walk east along Roosevelt four short half blocks to corner of Roosevelt and 4th street and head south on 4th street one block to corner of Garfield and 4th Street. Total walking time 8 minutes.
